Syndicate is committed to providing a stress-free shopping experience, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy with proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items
Some items are exempt from being returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Clearance items
Additionally, any items delivered to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded.
Damaged or missing items
We encourage you to inspect your order on arrival to ensure no damage has occurred while in transit, and no items are missing.
If any items are damaged or missing, please contact us via our website or email sales@syndicatetradingcards.com within 2 working days of the order being delivered. We also encourage you to provide us with photographs or video of your order.
If you notify us more than 2 working days after receiving your order, we may be unable to offer an exchange or refund.
Refunds, and exchanges
If you would like to request a refund or exchange, please contact us via our website or email to sales@syndicatetradingcards.com.
Returns or exchanges can be shipped to us or dropped off at a participating Click & Collect store. All shipping costs are non-refundable, except where damage has occurred in transit.
In order to receive your full refund, the order must be:
- complete,
- in original condition
- ideally with original packaging materials (sleeves, toploaders, etc.)
If a returned order is incomplete, no longer in original condition, or inadequately packed, you may receive a partial refund, or no refund, at our discretion.
We will not process a refund or ship any exchanges until the returned order arrives to us.
Price Fluctuations
Card prices will always fluctuate.
If there is a significant decrease in the value of a card within the 14-day return period, we reserve the right to refuse offering a return or refund on the card in question.
Cancelling pre-orders
If you would like to cancel a pre-order, contact us via our website or email to sales@syndicatetradingcards.com at your earliest convenience.
Pre-orders are shipped around 3 business days before the product's official release date. If your pre-order has already been shipped, we will be unable to refund your order.
Cancelled pre-orders will be subject to a 5% processing and handling fee.
