Returns
Syndicate is committed to providing a stress-free shopping experience. That is why we offer a 14-day return policy. If you request to return a purchased item outside of the 14-day period after your purchase, we will not be able to accept it.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was shipped to you, in the same packaging including top loaders, sleeves or one touches if applicable. You will also need a proof of purchase such as order confirmation email or receipt. If an item that you wish to be returned is deemed to be not in the same condition as it was sent to you, or it is missing some packaging then your return may not be accepted. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items are exempt from being returned. Below is a list of items that we cannot accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Clearance items
Damaged or Missing Items
It is important that you inspect your order to ensure no damage has occurred while in-transit. You have 48 hours after your order has been marked as delivered by our delivery service to notify us of any damage. If you notify us after this period, we cannot offer an exchange or refund.
It is conceivable that from time to time we will miss items when packing orders, despite our best efforts. If you believe you are missing items, we encourage you to take photos/video as soon as you realize. You can contact us or email sales@syndicatetradingcards.com about any damaged or missing items.
Refunds
Once requesting a refund and sending/bringing your order into us to assess whether it is in its original condition with the packaging it was sent with, we will email you regarding the outcome of your return whether successful or not. We reserve the right to refuse any return that we deem not to meet the requirements. If your return is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. This can take some time for the refund to occur and your funds to reach you so please be patient. You are welcome to contact us if you feel as though the process is taking too long, however we have no control over these things once we have initiated the refund.
All change of mind returns will be subject to a 5% processing and handling fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping
If you are initiating a return with us, you can either contact us and arrange a time to bring your order in to a nominated store to be assessed or send your return to 150 Murray Street, Gawler, South Australia 5118.
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning a product, unless it is damaged. If an exchange is occurring, we will wait for your original order to arrive before we ship the exchange to you.
Price Fluctuations
Card prices will always fluctuate. If a card has been purchased and during the 14-day return period there is a sizeable decrease in value, we reserve the right to refuse offering a return or refund on the card in question. This will be judged on a case-by-case basis. If you have questions surrounding this, please contact us.
Cancelling Pre-orders
If you would like to cancel a pre-order, then you are welcome to contact us or email sales@syndicatetradingcards.com at your earliest convenience.
If you do not notify us up to 3 days before the official release date of the product, then we will not be able to cancel your order. Your order will be sent to you due to our ordering, packing, and shipping processes. You can read the rest of our Pre-order policy here. Canceled pre-orders will be subject to the 5% processing and handling fee.
